The Moderate Nationalists worked to educate British Public about Indian affairs. For this purpose, they carried an active propaganda in Britain. Deputations of leading Indians were sent to Britain to propagate the Indian view. In 1899, a British committee of the Indian National Congress was founded. In 1890 this committee started a journal called India. It also organized public meetings. The influence of its early works resulted in the Indian Councils Act 1892. Hence all the statements are correct.
